Meet the Principal

Foster is a senior leadership coach and organizational development consultant with more than a decade of experience helping leaders and their teams influence globally, build critical relationships, lead across cultures, and improve people development skills. He specializes in leadership, business development, Women & Affinity Group initiatives and career development and transition coaching for attorneys and executives.

Foster holds a B. A. from The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill,  a J. D. from Seton Hall University, School of Law and is an ICF credentialed executive coach through MentorCoach®.  Foster is certified in the CCL's Benchmark, the Hogan Assessment Suite and Retirement Coaching.  He is a faculty member of MentorCoach®.
